  • Opened or used products

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@solene.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Unboxing video (required for damage claims)

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the case and offer a resolution if the claim is valid.
